Nick Castellanos vs. Eugenio Suarez
Over the last 10 games Castellanos and Suarez are eerily similar, both hitting under .200 and averaging more than a strikeout per contest. The comparison goes right off the cliff when hitting left-handed pitching, which they will see from Braves pitcher Drew Smyly. Castellanos is hitting .303 against southpaws compared to the .138 from Suarez. Additionally, Castellanos is 6-for-13 against Smyly with four doubles.
Jorge Soler vs. Ozzie Albies
Both Soler and Albies have struggled against Gray in previous meetings – Albies: 1-for-7, Soler: 0-for-8. However, Albies is the third-best hitter in this game according to the Awesemo’s expert projections, and he has switch-hitting ability to help late in the game against the Cincinnati bullpen.
Joey Votto vs. Adam Duvall
