Welcome to The Prop Report presented by No House Advantage. For those new to the site, NHA is a daily fantasy sports (DFS) app that offers prop-based contests across multiple sports. Simply pick your five favorite player props for a given slate, rank them eight (most confident) through one (least confident) and receive those points for each prop that hits. The best part? Instead of facing a house advantage on props like you would with your favorite NBA betting picks on a sportsbook, No House Advantage has purely peer-to-peer contests with big cash prizes. Sign up here or download the app from the App Store to get started. I’m going to give you my three favorite NBA player prop bets to utilize in your highest confidence slots for Wednesday’s massive $25,000 tournament, including players like LeBron James.

Wednesday NBA Picks Presented By No House Advantage
NBA Prop Bet No. 1: Chris Paul OVER 7.5 Assists
What a day it is over at No House Advantage for this massive 12-game NBA slate. With a $25,000 guaranteed, $10,000-to-first offering, this is the biggest and best tournament in the history of the site. To make it even better, there’s a $200 deposit bonus matchup until games tip off at 7 p.m. EST, so be sure to sign up today to lock in that free money.
Let’s get into the NBA prop bet picks, starting with new Suns addition Chris Paul‘s over on 7.5 assists. With Devin Booker already announced as out for this evening’s matchup against Paul’s former Thunder team, I expect the offense to begin and end with him throughout the evening. Booker sat out their last game, and Paul erupted for a 13-assist outing in 42 minutes of run. His assist rate has jumped 7% from last year in Oklahoma City to 41.2%, and now the only other ball-dominant guard for the Suns is off the court. Sign me up for all the Paul props on Wednesday, but this is the best of grouping.

NBA Prop Bet No. 2: Deandre Ayton OVER 10.5 Rebounds
With my second pick, I’m adding another Sun into the mix with Ayton’s over on 10.5 rebounds. This obviously has less to do with Booker and more to do with Ayton’s recent streak of stellar play. I’ve always believed Paul to be a player who could elevate his teammates (just look at what he did in his one year with the Thunder), and Ayton certainly looks as though he’s taking a jump in his play.
Here are his rebound numbers in his past four outings: 13, 13, 17 and 16. Even more encouraging to me is seeing more than 35 minutes of court time in each one of those. Now, instead of matching up with Nikola Jokic — who he performed admirably against in the Suns’ past two games — he gets to tango with a much easier frontcourt in Isaiah Roby and possibly old man Al Horford. That means you should be expecting big things out of the Suns big man tonight, especially on the glass. That makes Ayton’s over on 10.5 rebounds easily one of my favorite bets on No House Advantage tonight.
NBA Prop Bet No. 3: LeBron James UNDER 9.5 Assists
Betting against James is something I try not to make a habit of. There has been no decline in his game whatsoever in his 18th NBA season as he continues to cement his legacy as one of the greatest ever. That being said, all we should be focused on is today, and I simply think this 9.5-assist number is way too high for his current assist rate and minutes played.
Don’t get me wrong; the 37.6% assist rate he’s currently sporting for this season is a nice number. But when comparing that to his career-high 49.1% he showed off last year, he’s certainly been less passive this season when taking the court. But my main reason for being bearish on James’ assists tonight is the minutes played. He’s currently sitting at a career-low 32.6 per game, which goes hand-in-hand as the reason he’s only seen two double-digit assist outings all season. It never feels good going against one of the game’s best, but the numbers line up for this being a very favorable bet over on No House Advantage tonight.
