🏀 NBA Dream11 Picks Based on Awesemo Grades & Values, 3/23/21 | Jimmy Butler

There are only a half dozen games on Tuesday’s NBA Dream11 slate, but there is plenty to be excited about. When creating lineups it’s important to find value spots that open up space to fit the superstars in. Below are five of my favorite Dream11 NBA picks for daily fantasy lineups based on Awesemo’s expert grades and values.

Dream11 NBA Picks: Awesemo Grades | March 23

PG Jordan Poole – 6.5 Credits, 32.31 Projected Fantasy Points

With Stephen Curry out for the Warriors tonight, expect Poole to be an integral part of the offense. After all, we have seen this story already. In three games without Curry this season, Poole averaged 25.7 points, 3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1 steal per game. He is also averaging 3.7 makes from behind the arc.

Unlike many of the other major sites, Poole is still priced at an extremely low level. We can take of advantage of this and start building this roster with upper-echelon talent. It won’t be easy, though, against the East-leading 76ers. Even so, the 6.5-credit price is too cheap to pass on.

Also consider: Dennis Schroder – 11 Credits, 34.62 Projected Fantasy Points

SG Evan Fournier – 12 Credits, 32.58 Projected Fantasy Points

Fournier is quietly putting up some big nights in recent games; the only misnomer was a Sunday blowout loss on the road for against the Celtics. The minutes are what’s particularly appealing here, as he has played at least 35 in each of the last three games. His fellow guard Cole Anthony will be out for the next week or so, while Terrence Ross and Chasson Randle are both listed as questionable for tonight’s game. If Ross and Randle miss tonight’s game, or only get limited minutes, Fournier will be there to soak up all of the production.

SF Jimmy Butler – 17 Credits, 44.55 Projected Fantasy Points

Given the recent injury news in the NBA, I could make an interesting case to put some lunch money on Butler to win MVP at +10000. He is finishing just shy of a triple-double on a nightly basis, and after a disastrous start to the season, the Heat now have the No. 4 seed in the East.

This matchup against the Suns tonight has sneaky DFS appeal. While they and the Heat rank in the bottom five of pace, it’s expected to be one of those down-to-the-wire matchups in Miami. Butler’s 17-credit price is somewhat of a discount compared to some of the higher prices on the slate. Most people will probably go right to Kyle Kuzma at this position, but you can probably diverge away from the crowd with this move.

Also consider: Tobias Harris – 16 Credits, 41.37 Projected Fantasy Points | Kyle Kuzma – 9.5 Credits, 35.62 Projected Points

PF Julius Randle – 17.5 Credits, 48.57 Projected Fantasy Points

If you are looking for big minutes, look no further. Randle has played 40-plus minutes in each of the last four games. He just had a streak of four straight double-doubles snapped in his last game, but he made sure to get 5 steals and make it up to his fantasy owners.

This should be a profitable matchup for the Knicks tonight. Not only do the Washington Wizards run the NBA’s fastest pace, but they also rank fourth worst in defensive efficiency and fifth worst in rebounding rate. That is the perfect NBA DFS environment.

C Dwight Howard – 9.5 Credits, 31.25 Projected Points

With Joel Embiid out for the 76ers, the team will turn to Howard again in this time of need. Howard played a season-high 32 minutes on Sunday, and that’s becoming the norm lately. Over the last four games he hasn’t seen fewer than 28 minutes.

Tonight’s matchup against the Warriors is a dandy; only four other teams in the NBA allow more fantasy points to opposing centers. Even without Embiid, the 76ers are 4-point favorites on the road against tonight’s opponent. At only 9.5 credits, I have a lot more confidence in Howard than usual.

Also consider: Montrezl Harrell – 10.5 Credits, 40.48 Projected Fantasy Points
