After only two games on the schedule yesterday — and both turned lopsided quickly — there are three playoff games on the slate today. This provides a larger group of players to work with to build lineups. It also gives us more players that could make or break a lineup. Gamers can use the Awesemo Boom vs. Bust Tool and NBA fantasy projections to help navigate the range of outcomes for NBA DFS picks today. The following are some of the best picks on DraftKings and FanDuel based on their probabilities of booming or busting.

NBA DraftKings + FanDuel Boom CandidatesÂ
Paul George vs. Mavericks: $8,000/$8,400
49.4% DraftKings Boom/27.9% FanDuel Boom
Yes, it is the NBA playoffs, yet Paul George has a great probability to be a boom. He started Game 1 poorly, but he turned it around. George finished the game with 23 points, six rebounds and five assists. He will hopefully build off of this individual momentum to help lift the Clippers to a win in the final game of the night. George has star upside for a modest price on this slate, and it feels fitting to make him a featured player in a Boom/Bust article, as that is the perfect way to sum up his game. Despite his $8,000 price tag on DraftKings, George is the No. 1 value play in the Awesemo NBA DFS projections.
Kristaps Porzingis vs. Clippers: $7,800/$6,900
22.7% DraftKings Boom/31.0% FanDuel Boom
The DFS site of choice has a big impact on Porzingis’ NBA fantasy value tonight, as he is $900 cheaper on FanDuel where he’s projected for 36.47 points in Awesemo’s daily fantasy basketball projections. Simply put, it feels like Porzingis is due. He has been bad, shown by his 4-for-13 shooting and four rebounds last game. Porzingis has blocked two shots in his last eight games, but he has topped five rebounds just once in his past five games while cracking 20 points also just once. However, his price on FanDuel reflects this, and the Clippers will be playing much tighter defense on Luka Doncic tonight. Porzingis will be asked to step up, and gamers will want exposure if it actually happens.

Robert Williams vs. Nets: $4,600/$5,800
37.8% DraftKings Boom/22.1% FanDuel Boom
As a result of finding a mid- to low-priced player for this list, attention shifts to Williams against the Nets. Again, his value really differs between the two sites, as he is a whopping $1,200 cheaper on DraftKings. However, he is still in play on FanDuel. Look no further than Game 1 to see if Williams can put up a boom performance. He blocked a crazy nine shots in his 22 minutes. With the Nets lacking a feared interior presence, he could have another high-block game. It was also nice to see Williams possibly tweak his toe injury a little but continue playing anyway.
NBA DraftKings + FanDuel Bust Candidates
Alex Caruso vs. Suns: $4,000/$4,200
69.6% DraftKings Bust/77.2% FanDuel Bust
A stars-and-scrubs lineup could be a popular build tonight, which shifts attention to a cheaply priced player, like Alex Caruso. However, there are better options than Caruso, while the projected ownership is still going his way. Dennis Schroder is back and getting healthier, and LeBron James handles much of the point guard duties as well. This limits Caruso’s assists and usage, and it also makes him dependent on his scoring, shown by his 10 points with zero other stats to speak of in Game 1. While a bust from Caruso may not sink lineups, a boom from another player could offer an advantage.
