PrizePicks NBA Player Projections: Bucks Projections Are a Little Backwards Tonight (March 29)

As the NBA season approaches its end, DFS players can take advantage of PrizePicks’ impressive player projections. In this article, we will examine the top picks for the slate, offering a comprehensive analysis of each selection. Our reasoning will be supported by Stokastic’s PrizePicks NBA Player Projections Tool.

PrizePicks NBA Player Projections | March 29

Brook Lopez Under 17.5 Points

Lopez is averaging 15.7 points per game this season, and even though Khris Middleton may not play, it won’t significantly affect Lopez’s usage. Furthermore, the Bucks are expected to be massive favorites against the Pacers, so there’s a good chance that Lopez may not play his full run of minutes. Therefore, it’s highly unlikely that he’ll score 17 or more points in this particular matchup.

Jrue Holiday Over 16.5 Points

In contrast, Holiday is expected to excel in this game. The line is set at 16.5 points, which seems low for a player who averages 18.9 points per game. Middleton potentially being out benefits Holiday more than it does Lopez. Holiday projects to score 18.8 real points in Stokastic’s PrizePicks NBA Player Projections Tool, which is more than enough to cover the line. Therefore, taking the over on Holiday’s points seems like a safe bet.

Domantas Sabonis Over 12.5 Rebounds

Sabonis has a favorable matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers, making him a good candidate to exceed his projected line of 12.5 rebounds. Sabonis averages 12.5 rebounds per game this season, but Stokastic’s PrizePicks NBA Player Projections Tool has him for 14.5 rebounds in this game. With the Trail Blazers not playing anyone of note, there’s a good chance that they will miss many shots, giving Sabonis more opportunities to grab rebounds. The worst-case scenario is that the Blazers somehow shoot the lights out, but even then, Sabonis will still get a lot of rebounds.

Alperen Sengun Over 8.0 Rebounds

Sengun is a rookie who has been getting a lot of minutes, making him a good candidate to exceed his projected line of 8.0 rebounds. Sengun has averaged 8.6 rebounds per game this season, already over this line. He has exceeded this line in four of his last seven games, and he is a good candidate to do so again.

DeMar DeRozan Over 0.5 3-Pointers Made

DeRozan is not known for his 3-point shooting, but he has made at least one 3-pointer in each of his last two games and six of his last eight. Furthermore, he is playing against the Los Angeles Lakers, who play at a fast pace and allow the fifth-most 3-pointers per game in the NBA.
