NASCAR DFS GPP Picks Today: Blu-Emu 400

If you played NASCAR DFS last weekend, the strategy is going to be very similar once again on Saturday. Like Richmond, Martinsville is a short flat track with 400 laps offering up the same amount of dominator points as last week. So once again, dominators are going to be a key cog in fantasy NASCAR lineups. Finding drivers than can lead laps and accumulate fast laps will be the best way to take down tournaments this weekend.

Top Driver Picks & Projections

Ryan Blaney $10,900 DraftKings/$13,000 FanDuel (12th)

It might be odd seeing Blaney in the tournament article this week after last weekend, but the way he is priced compared to others may make him slightly overlooked. But he has dominated both short flat tracks we have been at earlier this season and even as recent as last week at Richmond. He is also extremely good here at Martinsville and was fast in practice in the longer runs. He is best paired with a driver starting closer to the front to secure the early dominator points.

Kyle Busch $10,000 DraftKings/$12,000 FanDuel (11th)

For the most part, JGR was slow in practice, but KFB was able to post top three speeds across the board making him catch my eye as a tournament target. I love his price point on both sites and we get some place differential mixed in as well. Similar to Blaney, he is best paired with a driver starting closer to the front to secure the early dominator points.

Mid-Range Driver Picks & Projections

Kevin Harvick $8,400 DraftKings/$9,300 FanDuel (6th)

Harvick is cheap, but is priced around of a lot of place differential drivers that will garner plenty of ownership making him somewhat sneaky relatively on this slate. He isn’t someone I have rostered much at Martinsville in the past, but he was also never at this low of a price point either. He has been fast at both Richmond and Phoenix this year and has the potential to be a top-five car most of the day with slight dominator potential.

Tail Awesemo's Sports Betting Picks Today!

Kurt Busch $8,000 DraftKings/$7,300 FanDuel (18th)

Kurt doesn’t jump off the page this week, but he looks to be in a decent spot after busting as chalk last week at the very beginning of the race. He showed solid speed in practice however, and knows his way around Martinsville to the tune of an average finish around 10th place in recent years.

NASCAR Driver Value Picks & Projection

Austin Cindric $7,300 DraftKings/$6,500 FanDuel (13th)

It hasn’t been easy for Cindric outside of the Daytona 500 so far this season, but he put down a lot of laps in practice and seemingly has a borderline top-10 car this weekend by the looks of it. This No. 2 knows its way around the paperclip and Cindric has the talent to bring a fast car to a top-10 finish. His price on FanDuel is very appealing where his risk is limited due to the less emphasis on place differential.

Bubba Wallace $6,400 DraftKings/$6,000 FanDuel (21st)

Like his teammate Kurt Busch above, Bubba showed very solid speed in practice on Friday and looks like he has a potential top-12 car if all goes well for him. This also isn’t a bad track for Wallace and this price point is too low. He doesn’t have quite the place differential others offer down low, but his finishing position potential is pretty high comparatively.
