Monkey Knife Fight MLB DFS Picks for Monday, July 26, 2021 | Mike Minor & Bo Bichette

Monday’s eight-game MLB DFS main slate gets another exciting week of baseball underway. While there are all of those games to choose from, I will narrow it down to the two most profitable MLB DFS plays areas and make selections on Monkey Knife Fight. Tonight’s slate is headlined by the marquee pitching matchup between Mike Minor and the Kansas City Royals hosting Dallas Keuchel and the Chicago White Sox. Let’s dive into the top Monkey Knife Fight MLB picks and props tonight.

Tonight’s Top Monkey Knife Fight MLB Player Prop Picks

Monkey Knife Fight has a ton of profitable contests for the public, and here we will break down the two best areas from which to make MLB picks.

More or Less – Strikeouts: Pick 2 | Prize: 3x

Mike Minor: 4.5 Strikeouts
Dallas Keuchel: 3.5 Strikeouts

After a string of rough outings, Minor rebounded nicely in his last start. Against the Brewers on the road he allowed two runs (one earned) over six innings while striking out five. This will be a tough matchup tonight against the White Sox, who have the third-best wOBA (.335) against left-handed pitching. Chicago does, however, strike out at a 24.3% clip in that same split, ranking within the top 10 highest rates. The question here is whether Minor will be successful enough to go deep into the game. The over on 4.5 strikeouts for Minor is still solid considering the White Sox played a late game last night and might be a little slow out of the gate offensively. Minor had seven strikeouts in each of his last two meetings with Chicago this season.

Pick: Minor – Over 4.5 Strikeouts

Keuchel faces a Royals squad that ranks in the bottom third of MLB in strikeout rate (21.9%) and wOBA (.309) against lefties. Basically that could mean a vintage Keuchel start with lots of ground balls and pop-up outs. It may not seem like 3.5 strikeouts is a tough number to hit, but Kansas City has been quite pesky lately. In fact, opposing starters only have an average of 3.4 strikeouts against the Royals in their last nine games.

Pick: Keuchel – Under 3.5 Strikeouts

Rapid Fire – Fantasy Points: Pick 2 | Prize: 3x Buy-In

Teoscar Hernandez vs. Rafael Devers

Both of these guys are in solid form, so it is splitting hairs here in trying to find an advantage. Hernandez has been slightly better over the last 10 games, going 10-for-34 with a double, four home runs and 11 RBI. Devers was not far behind, going 8-for-34 with a double, four home runs and eight RBI. The glaring difference is Hernandez had two steals to Devers’ zero. Hernandez will ultimately be the choice considering Red Sox starting pitcher Nick Pivetta has struggled quite a bit in recent outings.

Xander Bogaerts vs. Bo Bichette

Bichette is scorching hot, going 12-for-38 with a home run and eight RBIs over the last 10 games. Bogaerts has not fared quite as well, going 7-for-35 with two doubles and two home runs over the same span. Pivetta has struggled in recent outings, allowing at least four runs in three of his last four starts — that includes allowing 11 hits in his last outing.
