The Jock MKT Starter Kit: MLB Picks | June 16
How to Play
To begin, enter the MLB Daily Market when the Initial Public Offering (IPO) phase is underway. Leading up until the start of the first game, bid on players you are interested in acquiring on the open market. Is there a player who you consider a favorite to finish at the top of the rankings? Invest as much or as little as you want in their fantasy performance, with shares beginning at $1 and ranging all the way up to $25. See potential injury news that could open up an opportunity for another player to acquire fantasy points? Make speculative bids for shares of the backup, hoping for that news to break after the IPO phase is complete.
The next part of the game occurs during live trading. Unlike regular MLB DFS where your plays are locked in, you can buy and sell shares of players while the games are happening based on their production and where you could see them finishing amongst the field. Track as current points, projected points, and live price for each player is updated in real-time, allowing you to track the action and invest in an instant to account for news. Trading can be done all the way up until the final pitch of the night’s final game.
At the end of the games, each player share is paid out based on their final rankings of fantasy points amongst the field. If the shares you own are worth more than what you paid, you win money. For more information, check out the Jock MKT website.

Jock MKT MLB Picks Tonight
Ronald Acuna Jr., OF, Atlanta Braves
There are a handful of big names sitting atop the list of favorites to win the National League MVP Award entering the back half of June. Acuna continues to do his part to stay in the conversation. Last night Acuna notched his third multi-hit game in his last seven starts. He recorded a pair of RBIs, scored a run himself and stole a base for good measure. It is no shock to see him among the highest-ranked players in the Awesemo MLB DFS projections for Thursday. He is hitting .285 with 63 total hits and 18 home runs this year. He has also recorded at least one hit in four straight games entering Wednesday’s showdown against the Red Sox. A top-five scoring finish as expected would pay out $14.00 or more on Jock MKT tonight.
Nelson Cruz, OF, Minnesota Twins
Cruz has totaled 14 hits and three home runs over his last 10 games. After totaling four hits over the last two games against his former team, the Mariners, Cruz’s batting average now sits at .298 for the season. It very well could rise even further tonight. Justus Sheffield draws the start for the Mariners tonight, a promising sign for Cruz and the Twins. Sheffield has struggled mightily this season and comes into tonight’s contest with a 4.91 ERA. The Awesemo MLB DFS projections fittingly have Cruz among the top 12 scorers for Wednesday’s action. Such a result would pay out $9.50 or more on Jock MKT.
Cedric Mullins, OF, Baltimore Orioles
It is always nice to have a dark horse among MLB DFS picks. Mullins could very well be that player tonight. He has been having a fine season, batting .321 coming into the day. He hasn’t been slowing down recently either, totaling at least one hit in nine of his last 10 games. While his name does not show up near the top of the Awesemo MLB DFS projections for scoring purposes, he is considered a tremendous value play tonight. His history against Cleveland Indians starter Aaron Civale supports such a notion. Mullins is a perfect 3-for-3 off of Civale in their prior meetings. Furthermore, two of those hits cleared the fence for home runs. It is hard to find a much better head-to-head history than that. Keep an eye on Mullins as a bargain investment option on Jock MKT this evening.
