The MLB picks line for this contest is 1.5 total hits and walks. That is a number that Biggio has exceeded through varying combinations in seven of his last nine games played with multiple at-bats. He hit two home runs on both Friday and Saturday this past weekend, giving him seven total over his last 10 games. Duvall only needs to go yard once to clear the line of 1.5 total bases this evening. Considering that he has tagged Blue Jays starter Ross Stripling for two hits in three prior at-bats against him, there’s a real chance Duvall can clear this total bases prop.
Dodgers vs. Padres ‘Rapidfire’ Contest (2.5x Buy-In)
For those looking for some late-night West coast baseball, tonight’s matchup between the Dodgers and Padres is worth staying up for. Monkey Knife Fight offers users several ways to get involved and make MLB picks on this Southern California rivalry. Using Awesemo’s MLB DFS projections, we can look to find an edge on this contest involving fantasy point outputs for a quartet of stars.
The first matchup in this contest has Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. laying 0.5 fantasy points to Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts. Awesemo’s projections have this being a very close call. Tatis is projected for 9.69 fantasy points tonight, while Betts comes in at 9.01. Tatis has been the hotter batter of late. He reached base four times last night and scored a pair of runs.
