Underdog NBA Fantasy Picks & Predictions

Keldon Johnson H/L 18.5 Points

The Spurs are 6-point home dogs tonight and scoring might be difficult for them tonight. The Timberwolves rank first in defensive rating and allow the third fewest points in the paint. The opponent points per game and opponent FG% are best in the NBA.

Johnson is averaging 15.9 points per game well under this prop on Underdog. Multiple operators have this number at 17.5 while one has it at 16.5. This prop will drop so grab it while it’s hot.

Best Underdog NBA Fantasy Play: Keldon Johnson Less Than 18.5 Points

Marcus Smart H/L 12.5 Points

The Memphis Grizzlies are 5-point home favorites against the Utah Jazz tonight. The Jazz rank bottom three in opponent points per game and opponent FG%. The Jazz and Grizzlies rank seventh and eight respectively in pace. We should expect some offense in this one with a 229.5 total and those supporting team stats.

Marcus Smart is averaging 13.6 points and 6 three-point attempts per game (his highest since 2020). With Ja Morant still out on suspension and Derrick Rose, Brandon Clarke, and Xavier Tillman all out with injuries someone has to score besides Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson and that someone is Smart.

Best Underdog NBA Fantasy Play: Marcus Smart Higher than 12.5 Points

Tyrese Maxey H/L 22.5 Points

Maxey back on the list today as the 76ers will visit Detroit as 9-point favorites. The Pistons allow the third most points to guards and the most opponent FTM. Maxey is averaging 25.4 points per game with 4.4 free-throw attempts. Alec Burkes and Jaden Ivey two of better perimeter defenders on the Pistons are both out, leaving Maxey to exploit Killian Hayes and Marcus Sasser.

This prop is listed at 23.5 at most other operators today and is sure to jump up by game time. Stokastic’s Pick’Em tool has Maxey projected for 25.02 points tonight.
