PrizePicks NFL Fantasy: 2021 Rushing Yards Props

It is important to note that, much like odds that update throughout the day, these props at PrizePicks are subject to change. So if you like these NFL picks below, it is wise to jump on them quickly.

Damien Harris: Over 845.5 Yards Rushing

The Patriots offense will have a completely different look to it this season. One of the few pieces that stays in place is Damien Harris as the lead back, and he is looking at an expanded role this season. He stayed in town to continue working all offseason, which goes a long way with Bill Belichick. Harris has also looked good during training camp and the preseason, which led to New England trading away Sony Michel. With Mac Jones now starting at quarterback, the defense must respect the pass, giving Harris more opportunities at big runs behind his solid offensive line.

Harris played over 50% of the offensive snaps in just two games last season. Heading into 2021, he is the clearest RB1 the Patriots have had in some time. He should take care of most early down work, while James White will handle the receiving work.

Despite the limited field time in Harris’ 10 games last season, he still ran for 691 yards. He should crush this NFL fantasy prop this season. Awesemo’s props tool projects Harris for 951 yards rushing, giving the over a 55% chance to hit.

Chase Edmonds: Over 650.5 Yards Rushing

While Chase Edmonds again is in a backfield duo this season, he is viewed as the RB1 this year. It also helps that his counterpart, James Conner, has been unable to stay healthy during his career, which could lead to heavy workloads for Edmonds at times this season.

Edmonds had only 97 carries last season, which he took for 448 yards. It should be an expanded role for him this season in a better overall offense. Awesemo’s season-long props tool is projecting him for 733 yards rushing, which gives the over on this NFL fantasy prop a 55% chance to hit.

Jamaal Williams: Over 525.5 Yards Rushing

This offseason Jamaal Williams moved from the Packers to the Lions. While he is still the RB2, he sits behind D’Andre Swift, who enters the season less than 100%. In fact, there is a chance Swift will miss the first week, which would mean a heavy workload for Williams right off the bat.

Either way, as one of the best pass-blocking backs in the NFL and an efficient runner, he will have a big role this season. Williams has never run for fewer than 450 yards in a season, and he is coming off a 505-yard season in which he played only 14 games. For these reasons, Awesemo is projecting Williams for 645 yards rushing this season, giving this NFL fantasy prop a 60% chance to hit the over.
