NBA No House Advantage – Best NBA Player Props
Nikola Vucevic O/U 20.5 Points
There is a lot up in the air with this play since DeMar DeRozan is a game-time decision and Stokastic’s projections are operating as if DeRozan will play. Obviously, if he ends up sitting, expect Vucevic’s points projection to shoot up, as NBA Bet Pro currently has DeRozan scoring 25.3 tonight.
For the time being, however, Vucevic is only projecting for 17.9 points and a 64% win expectancy for the under on 20.5. Vucevic is on a solid streak of scoring, dropping at least 22 in five of the last six games, but his season hit rate on this line is just 29.6%. Plus, the Nets have one of the best rim protectors in the league in Nicolas Claxton, who may be even more motivated now that Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant have left him on a bit of an island. For what it’s worth, Stokastic projects Claxton for 2.8 blocks tonight.
Vucevic is 1-for-2 on this over in two matchups with Brooklyn this year, scoring just 7 in one and barely clearing the other (21 points). If DeRozan is in, given Brooklyn’s potential thin perimeter depth, he and Zach LaVine should take on a much more substantial scoring load. If DeRozan sits, however, this play loses a ton of value, so be sure to keep tabs on DeRozan’s status tonight. As it stands, Vucevic’s under is the No. 1 play on the No House Advantage board.

Spencer Dinwiddie O/U 2.5 3-Pointers
With so much volatility on the trade deadline slate, there is not a ton of high-value props today in the No House Advantage projections. Dinwiddie’s under on 3’s has the second-highest expected win rate of the night, and it’s only 58%, with Dinwiddie projecting for 2.3 3-pointers against Chicago.
Brooklyn is such a mystery tonight that it is tough to predict overs on any of the new guys, particularly a somewhat ball-dominant scorer like Dinwiddie. Cam Thomas has been lighting it up recently — recording three straight 40-point games — and now that everyone in front of him is gone, he could take the opportunity to take 20-plus shots every time he touches the floor. NBA Bet Pro is expecting him to take something resembling that approach tonight, projecting him for 25.4 points.
This being Dinwiddie’s first game with Brooklyn (at least in a while) probably means one of two things will happen: He will either take some time to acclimate to a new offense, or he will try to assert himself right away. NBA Bet Pro is leaning towards the former, projecting Dinwiddie for 2.3 3’s and just under 20 points — a hair above his average scoring output but less focused on perimeter shooting.
