Kings vs. Nuggets Same Game NBA Picks & Parlays Tonight | 2/26/22

Saturday’s slate is on the smaller side, with just six games to choose from. Most of the action also gets underway earlier in the evening, with the Kings and Nuggets serving as the nightcap. This game may not be all that appealing on paper, but it does feature two of the most skilled big men in basketball in Nikola Jokic and Domantas Sabonis. That gives us a few different ways to attack these squads in the player prop market. Let’s dive into some NBA betting tips tonight and how to find the best NBA picks and parlays for Feb. 16.

Same Game NBA Picks and Parlays: Kings at Nuggets

The first step is finding which sport you are going to wager on, so the banner at the top of the screen has the sports separated. Once you are on the NBA page, it is super simple to customize what you are looking for as far as teams and players on the left-hand side of the page.

Now, if you miss one of the odds highlighted in the article because it changed, do not worry. The lines do not always stay the same as they are updated every two minutes. There will be examples of when you can still wager based on the Awesemo projections. It is also easy to sort the props by what style you want to bet them, meaning that you can choose the highest ROI or the highest expected win rate.

Generally, the best approach is a mix of the highest ROI and expected win rate, and this process should take under 30 seconds to filter what you are looking for. The highlighted wagers in the article can also be bet individually, so if the parlay misses by one leg, it is not a total loss.

Jeff Green Over 9.5 Points and Over 2.5 Rebounds

Green’s role with the Nuggets has been volatile this season. There have been times when he’s logged big minutes and times where he’s been minimally involved. We currently have him projected for 26 minutes Saturday vs. the Kings, which feels like a fair assumption.

The Kings also represent a potential smash spot for the Nuggets. They rank 29th in defensive efficiency, and the Nuggets are currently implied for 122.0 points. That represents a massive increase from their season average of 110.2.

If the Nuggets figure to score more than usual, it stands to reason that Green could as well. He’s already averaged 10.3 points over 24.5 minutes per game this season, so the over on his scoring prop makes a lot of sense.

Additionally, the Kings rank merely 23rd in team rebound rate. Green is a mediocre rebounder – he’s averaged 3.1 rebounds per game this year – but he should be able to grab three boards in this spot.

The Latest Sports Betting Content from Stokastic Odds

Bryn Forbes Over 9.5 Points

Forbes is another member of the Nuggets I’m willing to take the over on. He’s a 3-point specialist, and he’s one of the best in the business. He’s shot 43.9% from behind the arc during his 16 games with the Nuggets, and he’s a 41.4% 3-point shooter for his career. If he can make a couple of 3-pointers vs. the Kings, it won’t take much more for him to crack double-digit points. Forbes has averaged 10.4 points as a member of the Nuggets, and I like his prospects of scoring 10+ on Saturday.

Domantas Sabonis Under 20.5 Points

I’m as big of a Sabonis fan as anyone, but this number seems a bit high. He’s averaged just 19.0 points per game this season, including 20.4 points per game in five games with the Kings. He’s the type of player who is capable of contributing in every category across the board, not one who typically dominates as a scorer.

The Nuggets also represent a difficult matchup for Sabonis. They’ve played at the 10th-slowest pace this season, so the Kings should have fewer opportunities to score than usual.

Nikola Jokic Over 13.5 Rebounds

Jokic is currently projected for 13.5 rebounds on OddsShopper, so this is grading out as a neutral prop. However, I’m willing to go out on a limb here. Jokic has had easily the best rebounding season of his career, averaging 13.8 boards through his first 53 games. He managed just 12 rebounds in his last outing, but he recorded at least 15 in each of his previous four. Considering the Kings’ struggles on the glass, I’m willing to bet on him grabbing at least 14 on Saturday.
