Spurs vs. Warriors Same Game NBA Picks & Parlays Tonight | 3/20/22

The NBA featured just a three-game main slate on Saturday, but they’re back in full swing on Sunday. There are seven games on the main slate this evening, including a matchup between the Spurs and Warriors. This may seem like a mismatch on paper, but this will be the Warriors’ first game since losing Stephen Curry to a foot injury on Wednesday. How will they fare without their talisman? Let’s dive into some NBA betting tips tonight and how to find the best NBA picks and parlays for March 20.

Same Game NBA Picks and Parlay: Spurs against Warriors

The first step is finding which sport you are going to wager on, so the banner at the top of the screen has the sports separated. Once on the NBA page, it is super simple to customize teams and players on the left-hand side of the page.

Now, if you miss one of the odds highlighted in the article because it changed, do not worry. The lines do not always stay the same as they are updated every two minutes. There will be examples of when you can still wager based on the Awesemo projections. It is also easy to sort the props by what style you want to bet them, meaning that you can choose the highest ROI or the highest expected win rate.

Generally, the best approach is a mix of the highest ROI and expected win rate, and this process should take under 30 seconds to filter what you are looking for. The highlighted wagers in the article can also be bet individually, so if the parlay misses by one leg, it is not a total loss.

Devin Vassell Over 3.5 Rebounds

Vassell has had some poor rebounding games of late, logging three boards or fewer in each of his past three games. That’s caused his rebounding prop to dip to just 3.5, creating an outstanding buy-low opportunity. OddsShopper gives the over an expected win rate of 80%, which is a massive figure.

Vassell has averaged 4.2 rebounds per game this season, but he’s done that in an average of 26.7 minutes per game. He’s been playing much more than that recently, logging at least 30.9 minutes in four straight games. Vassell has also hit the over on 3.5 boards in 37 of his 62 games. If he’s going to continue to play around 30 minutes per game, he should be able to smash this number.

Klay Thompson Over 2.5 Assists

The absence of Curry is the biggest news in the NBA currently. He suffered a left foot injury Wednesday against the Celtics, and he’s expected to miss roughly the next two weeks. That won’t be a huge deal as long as Curry is back before the playoffs, but there’s no guarantee that will happen.

In the interim, the rest of the roster is going to have to pick up the slack. Thompson is not known for his passing, but he has seen more opportunities to make plays with Curry off the court. He’s increased his assist rate by 5.1 percentage points in that situation, resulting in an average of 4.4 dimes per 36 minutes. That makes the over on 2.5 assists very reasonable.

Dejounte Murray Under 24.5 Points

Murray has had a fantastic season for the Spurs. He’s averaged 20.9 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 9.3 assists, culminating in his first career All-Star Game appearance. His numbers have been even better since the team traded away Derrick White, scoring at least 25 points in eight of his past 10 games.

However, the matchup against the Warriors is one of the worst from a scoring perspective. They rank third in defensive efficiency, allowing an average of 106.1 points per 100 possessions. They’ve also been significantly better on defense with Draymond Green in the lineup, so this is a nice spot to sell high on Murray.

Andrew Wiggins Over 17.5 Points

Wiggins is another player who should benefit from the absence of Curry. He’s seen a 3.1-percentage-point usage rate bump with Curry off the court this season, which is the second-highest mark on the team. Overall, he’s averaged 19.4 points per 36 minutes in that situation, and he’s averaged 20 points in three full games without Curry. The Warriors also benefit from a nice matchup. The Spurs have played at the fourth-fastest pace this season and rank merely 19th in defensive efficiency.
