Patrick Mahomes Under 25.5 Completions (-120, DraftKings)

Patrick Mahomes must thwart off Buffalo in the playoffs once again but may be leaning a bit more on the rushing attack to do so this time. Mahomes has averaged 25.88 completions per game and projects for 24.66 completions against the Bills, positioning OddsShopper‘s 58% expected win rate and 6% return on investment for the under. Buffalo allowed the fewest completions in the league with 17.47 completions allowed to opposing quarterbacks while ranking first overall in defensive pass DVOA by Football Outsiders. Mahomes is coming off a 30-completion effort in a Wild Card blowout of Pittsburgh but faces a Buffalo defense ranking eighth in defensive pass rush while holding opponents to just 14.5 completions per game over their last four games. A slight markup from standard juice, the under on Mahomes’ completions against a steeper total projects well on Sunday.

Josh Allen Over 1.5 Touchdowns Passing (-158, FanDuel)

Josh Allen has been on a tear over the past month and draws an attractive passing touchdowns prop despite the elevated juice. Allen is averaging 2.27 passing touchdowns per game and projects for two passing touchdowns against the Chiefs, extending to OddsShopper‘s 64% expected win rate and 4% return on investment for the over. Kansas City has surrendered 1.55 passing touchdowns per game to opposing quarterbacks and rank 23rd in defensive pass DVOA. Allen has rattled opposing defenses for 15 all-purpose touchdowns in his past four games with 13 of them through the air and threw five touchdowns on the Patriots’ top-three pass DVOA defense in the Wild Card round. Ignore the juice and lock in the over on Allen’s depressed passing touchdown total.

Travis Kelce Under 71.5 Yards Receiving (-115, DraftKings)

Travis Kelce looks to be in playoff mode after a fantastic Wild Card performance although his receiving yardage could regress in Sunday’s divisional round playoff game. Kelce is averaging 70.3 receiving yards per game and projects for 65.7 receiving yards against the Bills, transpiring to OddsShopper‘s 63% expected win rate and 17% return on investment for the under. Buffalo has allowed a stifled 36.61 receiving yards per game by opposing tight ends and ranks 13th in defensive pass DVOA against the tight end position. Kelce just ripped the Steelers for 108 receiving yards, along with a receiving and passing touchdown, yet the Bills held him to 57 receiving yards in their Week 5 affair. Exceeding the prop’s necessary 72 receiving yards in eight of 17 performances this season, the under on Kelce at a hair above standard juice is of Sunday’s better value props.
