NBA Betting Picks & Best Player Props Tonight

Lonzo Ball Under 5.5 Rebounds

Ball has been excellent in his first two games for  the 2-0 Bulls. Ball  is coming off his first triple-double of the campaign on Friday against New Orleans as he compiled 17 points along with 10 rebounds,  10 assists and no turnovers in 35 minutes of action. He also added 3 steals and 1 block.

Ball has been rebounding the ball extremely well this year, hauling down a career-best 16.3% of all available boards, including 7.3% on the offensive end. However, with the Bulls playing the second of back-to-back games, Billy Donovan may limit Ball’s minutes tonight against the Pistons. The 6-foot-6 guard is projected to haul down 4.29  rebounds. The under has a 75% chance of hitting with the return of investment expected to be 38%.

Jonas Valanciunas Over 16.5 Points

Valanciunas bounced back nicely last night against Chicago after a disappointing debut with the Pelicans. The 6-foot-11 Lithuanian converted 8 of 11 field goal attempts and was 2 of 2 from the charity stripe versus the Bulls. He is averaging just  0.90 points per shot after missing 16 of 19 field goal attempts versus the 76ers on Wednesday night. Valanciunas, who has a 30% usage rate, is projected to finish with  20.19 points tonight in a very good matchup against the Timberwolves.  Awesomo gives the over a 74% of hitting with the expected return on investment being 40%.

Brandon Ingram Under 5.5 Assists

Ingram is off to a fantastic start to the season posting 20-5-5 in each of the first two contests. The 24-year-old is averaging 24.5 points, on 47.8% shooting from the floor, along with 7.5 rebounds and 7.0 assists a game. He is a strong passer and ball-handler but is sometimes an inconsistent playmaker. Tonight’s contest  is the second of back-to-back games for the Pelicans so Ingram may not see the 35.5 minutes of playing that he is averaging.

Ingram is projected to have 4.6 assists tonight. The under has been given a 70% of hitting and the return of investment is an expected 18%.
