Week 7 Fantasy Football Buy-Low Trade Candidates: D.J. Moore & Dallas Goedert

Checking fantasy football projections can provide a sense of how a player should perform in a given matchup. Let’s look into some of the best fantasy football trade values for Week 7 that could be league winners with the right buy-low offer.

Week 7 Fantasy Football Buy Low Trade Targets

D.J. Moore – WR – Carolina Panthers

Moore was one of the top-end wide receiver options through the first four weeks of the season. As of late his production has taken a dip, failing to achieve 10 half PPR points in the last two games. Last week against the Vikings he saw 13 targets for just five receptions and 73 yards. Despite his recent poor performances, the targets have still gone his way. While Sam Darnold has not been on his A-game, Moore should bounce back against the Giants this week.

Dallas Goedert – TE – Philadelphia Eagles

With Zach Ertz shipped out of town to the Cardinals, Goedert is entrenched as the Eagles’ top tight end. The two have played 12 games together the last two seasons, and Goedert has played four games without Ertz. In those four games Goedert is averaging 10.12 half-PPR points without Ertz, as compared to 7.96 in games with Ertz. This is due to an increase in targets, receptions, yards and touchdowns. Match these splits with how much the Eagles throw to the tight end, and players should expect excellent output going forward with Goedert.

James Robinson – RB – Jacksonville Jaguars

One of the best times to trade for a player is when they are either hurt or on bye. This week Robinson fills the category of being on bye, with players getting desperate due to six teams being on bye this week. He is currently the RB7 in half PPR and is showing no signs of slowing down. After being lodged in the doghouse in Weeks 1 and 2, Robinson has been on fire the last few games. He topped 20 half-PPR points in three of the last four games, and in his one down game he put up over 17 points.

Leonard Fournette – RB – Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Fournette is currently the RB13 in half PPR. Last week against the Eagles he had 22 carries for 81 yards and two touchdowns and six receptions for 46 yards. He has completely broken the mold set by the Buccaneers of an inconsistent backfield. This year Fournette is the lead back, and he will continue to be that. Despite having an excellent year, most will quickly trade away Fournette because he does not have the name value.
