Per Stokastic’s expert NBA DFS projections today, Nikola Jokic ($11,800 on DraftKings) projects as the highest-scoring fantasy player on Wednesday’s slate (59.10 points). Luka Doncic ($11,700) is right behind Jokic on Stokastic’s projections at 56.37 points. The DFS ownership tool projects Jokic in 14.7% of lineups, with Doncic in 7.2%.
Doncic comes into the star-studded tilt on Wednesday night as the NBA scoring leader (33.2 points per game). He has scored over 25 points in both of the Mavericks’ games he has appeared in since they acquired troubled point guard Kyrie Irving at the trade deadline. Doncic had a monster 33-points, 12 rebounds and six assists in the last-second 124-121 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday night.
“It’s so fun to play with this guy,” Doncic said of playing with Irving after their first game together last week, per ESPN. “He’s an amazing basketball player, and I think it’s going to be really fun. First game, it was really fun.”
