On Wednesday, Feb. 15, the NBA DFS slate offers 10 games to choose from. While some games offer a great chance to find high-value options, other games are less appealing. Here’s a breakdown of each game and the plays that present the most NBA DFS value. To help with the analysis, we will use Stokastic’s NBA DFS projections.

NBA DFS Value and Advice | February 15
Chicago Bulls vs. Indiana Pacers
The Bulls will be without DeMar DeRozan, which means an increase in usage for Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic. They are both excellent options to pay up for. Additionally, Alex Caruso, Ayo Dosunmu, Patrick Williams and Coby White are all viable value plays to consider. On the Pacers side, Myles Turner and Daniel Theis are questionable for this game. If Turner sits, Theis or Isaiah Jackson will likely start and become strong value options at center. Additionally, Bennedict Mathurin remains underpriced and is a strong value play regardless of Turner’s status. In GPPs, Tyrese Haliburton is a high-upside contrarian play.
San Antonio Spurs vs. Charlotte Hornets
This game offers a great opportunity to find top plays. Zach Collins stands out as a top center option. Keldon Johnson is also an excellent play. Jeremy Sochan offers value, while Devonte’ Graham and Keita Bates-Diop are decent contrarian plays. LaMelo Ball is one of the best pay-up options. For the Hornets, LaMelo Ball is one of the best pay-up options, and Terry Rozier, Gordon Hayward and P.J. Washington are all secondary options.
Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Philadelphia 76ers
This game is not very appealing from a DFS standpoint. Nothing stands out from either team, assuming Joel Embiid plays.
New York Knicks vs. Atlanta Hawks
This game is another one where nothing stands out from either team. Julius Randle, R.J. Barrett and Trae Young are always playable, but they are not great options on this slate.

Detroit Pistons vs. Boston Celtics
The Pistons are expected to have James Wiseman make his debut, but we need to know the starting lineup to identify any value plays. There is not much to like for Detroit. On the other hand, Boston is very likely to have several top plays, but we do not know who yet. Jayson Tatum, Al Horford, Derrick White, Marcus Smart and Robert Williams are all questionable. We need more information to identify any strong plays from the Celtics.
Edit: Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart and Al Horford not on the injury report; Mike Muscal is out, Derrick White is probably, Robert Williams questionable. Â
Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets
Miami is still short-handed, so a likely eight-man rotation is expected. Caleb Martin, Gabe Vincent and Max Strus offer value. Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo have high ceilings, but they come with expensive price tags. Nothing stands out from the Nets, but Cameron Johnson is the most appealing option to roster.
Houston Rockets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
This game is another great opportunity to find top plays. Jalen Green and Alperen Sengun are two of the best mid-range plays today. Jae’Sean Tate offers value. Jabari Smith and Tari Eason played minutes alongside each other last game, and both should benefit going forward from Eric Gordon’s absence. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a strong pay-up option. Josh Giddey, Luguentz Dort and Jalen Williams are all secondary plays, but Gilgeous-Alexander looks the best.

Utah Jazz vs. Memphis Grizzlies
Any of Utah’s starters are viable GPP options, but nothing stands out as a great play. For the Grizzlies, Ja Morant is getting less ownership than Ball and Gilgeous-Alexander but offers similar upside. Dillon Brooks is very inexpensive ($4,300) on DraftKings, but worth noting he has only produced 0.65 fantasy points per minute in 16 games with all of Morant, Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson Jr. active this season.
Dallas Mavericks vs. Denver Nuggets
Luka Doncic is always a viable option, but his high price may make it difficult to prioritize him over other top-tier guards like Kyrie Irving. If Jamal Murray and/or Aaron Gordon sit, it could be a boost for the rest of Denver’s starters, including the always-reliable Nikola Jokic. Keep an eye on injury news leading up to tip-off.
New Orleans Pelicans vs. Los Angeles Lakers
Brandon Ingram is a good play regardless of whether C.J. McCollum plays or not, but he becomes a great play if McCollum sits. Jonas Valanciunas has a high upside and is worth considering in tournament play. LeBron James is questionable for the Lakers, and if he plays, there may not be much interest in the rest of the team. However, if he sits, both Anthony Davis and D’Angelo Russell could see a boost in value. Jarred Vanderbilt is an interesting GPP option due to his high upside at a low price, but his floor is also low. Be sure to keep an eye on injury news leading up to tip-off for this game as well.
