NBA No House Advantage – Best NBA Player Props
Jabari Smith Under 7.5 Rebounds
This bet has the rare 80%-plus expected win rate in NBA Bet Pro, so get in now before anything changes.
While Smith is averaging 7.0 rebounds per game, he is only projecting for 5.5 tonight as the Rockets take on the Warriors. A big reason for this dip in production is a decrease in minutes, as Stokastic projects him to play only 24.3. That is well below his season average of nearly 30 per game, and more playing time is expected to go to Tari Eason (22.3 projected minutes), K.J. Martin (33.5) and Jae’Sean Tate (23.5). Josh Christopher is also projected for an uptick to 25.3 minutes (averaging 10.2). Most of those guys play the same positions as Smith, so there is simply not going to be enough to go around.
Smith is o-for-2 on this over in two games against the Warriors this season, and though he has hit it in his last three, Smith has stayed under 7.5 rebounds in 54.5% of games in 2022-23. With him projecting for only 5.5 boards tonight, NBA Bet Pro is giving the under a whopping 81% expected win rate — the highest on the slate by 16 percentage points.

Mikal Bridges Over 3.5 Assists
First things first, Ben Simmons is questionable tonight. That said, though he is treated as playing in NBA Bet Pro’s model, Simmons is only projecting for 17 minutes and 4.0 assists, so his status will not necessarily swing Bridges’ assist projection as wildly as one may think.
Right now, frankly, the Bulls are terrible and the Nets are fun. Now that Brooklyn has relieved its rotation of superstars, Bridges is essentially the Nets’ best player and No. 2 playmaker, after Spencer Dinwiddie. And while he is just 1-for-3 on this over since joining the Nets, Bridges is coming off a 45-point, five-assist game in which he had a 41.4% usage rate, so it would stand to reason the Jacque Vaughn will trust him to initiate offense a bit more. And again, the Bulls are lifeless despite a decent defensive rating, losing six straight and dropping one of those to the Nets post-deadline.
Brooklyn, on the other hand, plays with energy and movement, and Bridges should get enough touches to rack up a few assists. He is projecting for 4.5 tonight, giving the over a 65% expected win rate.
