PrizePicks NBA Player Projections: Nikola Jokic One Triple-Double Away From a Ring (June 12)

This could be the last slate of NBA PrizePicks for the season, as Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets are looking to close out the Heat and take home the title. With the high-stakes matchup come solid opportunities to make some picks, and Stokastic’s Pick’Em Pro is a great source to find leverage against PrizePicks projections. Here we will go over two of the best spots for this game as Jokic prepares to potentially hoist the Larry O’Brien Trophy tonight.

Stokastic’s Pick’Em Pro lets you sort by the win percentage column to see the greatest difference between the projection set by PrizePicks and Stokastic’s projections. Stokastic’s NBA DFS projections are updated regularly, including whenever any relevant news breaks.

NBA Player PrizePicks | June 12

Gabe Vincent More Than 9.5 Points

Though Vincent only dropped 2 points in Game 4 and had some foul trouble, Stokastic has him projected for 11.9 real points. Kyle Lowry took a bunch of Vincent’s minutes in the second half of that game, and then in Game 3, Vincent also had some foul trouble and played a little less down the stretch. But in his prior eight games, Vincent went over this line seven times, including going for 20-plus a couple of times. He is going to score a bit more tonight, as he should get more than the 18.6 minutes he played in Game 4.

Essentially, Vincent only needs to hit a couple 3’s to knock at the door of 10 points, so it is not going to take much. And since Jimmy Butler is not really trustworthy with his high projections right now, Vincent gets the nod.

Nikola Jokic More Than 60.5 Fantasy Points

There really is not much explanation needed here. Jokic’s PrizePicks number is 60.5, and Stokastic has him at nearly 67 fantasy points. Jokic is going to play 40 to 42 minutes at least, and he averages 1.6 fantasy points per minute — at 40 minutes, that easily clears 60.5.

The Nuggets should win this game, and if they do, Jokic is likely to have at least 20 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists — maybe 30, 10 and 10. If this game were in Miami, it would be a different story. But Denver is at home, and it is tough to imagine the Nuggets taking their foot off the gas in this one. Jokic is going to lead the Nuggets to the title tonight, so play the more on 60.5 fantasy points.

These are just two of the +EV plays on the NBA PrizePicks slate. Stokastic’s Pick’Em Pro has 25 more plays with more than a 50% expected win rate! Check them out HERE.
