Jock MKT NFL Starter Kit | Week 4 Sunday Night Football
To begin, enter the NFL Daily Market when the Initial Public Offering (IPO) phase is underway. Leading up until kickoff on the slate’s first game, bid on players you are interested in acquiring on the open market. Is there a player who you consider a favorite to finish at the top of the rankings? Invest as much or as little as you want in their fantasy performance, with shares beginning at $1 and ranging all the way up to $25. See potential injury news that could open an opportunity for another player to acquire fantasy points? Make speculative bids for shares of the backup, hoping for that news to break after the IPO phase is complete.
The next part of the game occurs during live trading. Unlike regular NFL DFS, where your plays are locked in, you can buy and sell shares of players while the games are happening based on their production and where you could see them finishing amongst the field. Track as current points, projected points, and live price for each player is updated in real-time, allowing you to track the action and invest in an instant to account for news. Trading can be done all the way up until the final whistle.
Each player share is paid out at the end of the games based on their final rankings of fantasy points amongst the field. If the shares you own are worth more than what you paid, you win money. For more information, check out the Jock MKT website.
Jock MKT NFL Picks for Sunday Night Football
Tom Brady — QB — Tampa Bay Buccaneers
There is no doubt who the top player on this slate is. Going back to his old stomping grounds, Tom Brady is determined to leave Foxboro with a win, beating the Patriots for the very first time. The Buccaneers are expected to win, and the deep receiving corps is expected to do the most damage. Brady ties all of these receiving weapons together, and he will surely benefit. Awesemo projects Brady to be the top overall scorer on the slate. While he will almost certainly be the most expensive player at kickoff, the top overall scorer pays out $25 per share. Awesemo values Brady at $18.40.
Jakobi Meyers — WR— New England Patriots
The Buccaneers defense has not been great this season. In fact, they are surrendering the most NFL DFS points to the wide receiver position. With this in mind, it makes sense to target the top receiver on the Patriots, which has been Jakobi Meyers. Meyers leads the Patriots with a 24.6% target share this season. He also has two red-zone targets, which is tied for the most on the team. This is important since the Patriots will likely struggle to run against the strong defensive front of Tampa. If the Patriots find a way to keep the game close, Meyers is likely a big reason for that. If they get down big and are chasing points in the fourth quarter, Meyers should be heavily involved at that point, so he is a relatively safe Patriot to play.
Jock MKT ranks Meyers fifth on this slate, which would pay out $10 per share. Awesemo projects Meyers for 15.94 NFL DFS points, which ranks fourth The fourth-ranked scorer will pay out $12 per share.
Cameron Brate — TE — Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Unfortunately, Rob Gronkowski will not be active for the return to New England. This elevates Cameron Brate to a larger role, which he has taken advantage of in the past. Bruce Arians has full trust in Brate, so he will not think twice to call his name in big moments.
The Patriots’ defense is tough, and the Buccaneers could struggle to run in the red zone. Through three weeks their answer for this was passing to Gronkowski in the end zone. With that no longer being an option, Brate could slide into that role. If he were to catch a touchdown, it would immediately be a profit on Jock MKT.
Jock MKT ranks Brate 10th on this slate, so there are plenty of opportunities to exceed expectations. It is always nice to invest in a cheaper player who has just as much touchdown upside as anyone in the game since getting lucky with a touchdown leads to a much larger profit. Awesemo projects Brate to have the eighth-highest value on the slate.NFL DFS picks for multiple game slates, head over to NFL DFS projected ownership, Awesemo's NFL Data Central, NFL rankings, and daily fantasy football stacking.
