Venue: ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex – Kissimmee, FL
Coverage: TNT

Game 1 of Mavericks vs Clippers was an interesting one. Kristaps Porzingis picked up a ticky-tacky first technical foul, then was ejected after the second, which was a little more deserved. He played just 20 minutes, putting more pressure on Luka Doncic. Spoiler alert, Luka showed up, scoring 42 points, which is the most ever in a NBA Playoffs debut. Still, it wasn’t enough, as the Clippers were able to grind out the eight-point win.

The Clippers have the personnel to complete with absolutely everyone. They are led by their two wings, Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, who are both able to score from anywhere and lock in defensively, when they need to. They scored 29 and 27, respectively. Patrick Beverley rejoined the lineup and gave them some good minutes, as did Montrezl Harrell, who made his NBA bubble debut. This team is still fully getting up to speed, and they look like they will be the best team in the NBA once they do.

 Mavericks vs. Clippers Prop Bets

Kristaps Porzingis – Points (Over 24.5)

After getting ejected after just 20 minutes last game, look for the big man to come out aggressive tonight. Prior to last game, Porzingis has put up 26 or more points in five of the last six games. This includes another matchup with the Clippers, in which he put up 30. He needs to be involved and successful tonight for the Clippers to even the series.

Seth Curry – Points (Over 12.5)

Seth Curry has scored over this point total in nine of his last 10 games in which he played at least 25 minutes. Awesemo has Curry projected for 31 minutes tonight. He played 33 minutes in Game 1, scoring 14 points on 11 shot attempts. With Porzingis on the floor for more minutes tonight, the spacing should be better and lead to more open looks for Curry to knock down.

Lou Williams – Made Threes (Over 1.5)

Lou Williams has slowly seen his minutes increase in the bubble. He saw his most floor time last game, playing 31 minutes. More minutes will obviously lead to more scoring opportunities, but he has been solid anyways. Williams has hit two 3-point shots in each of his last three games. He has hit at least two 3-point shots in three of his four meetings with Dallas this season.
