Caris LeVert vs. Grizzlies: $7,400/$6,800

45.6% DraftKings Boom/64.4% FanDuel Boom

It is nearly impossible for me to get away from LeVert tonight. In addition to Kevin Durant and Spencer Dinwiddie not playing, Kyrie Irving remains away from the team due to personal reasons. In the same situation last night, LeVert carried the Nets’ offense. He played over 30 minutes with a 37.5% usage rate, which led to over 50 fantasy points. He is a must-play in cash games. The biggest risk here is if the game happens. The Nets played the 76ers last night, and Seth Curry tested positive for COVID after the game. Even though Curry didn’t play, he was on the bench next to players. This creates some risk that the Nets’ game could get canceled tonight, but we should know before lock if this game is on or not.

Cole Anthony vs. Rockets: $5,000/$5,000

46.3% DraftKings Boom/55.8% FanDuel Boom

The Magic’s first-round pick is in line for a big role going forward. Markelle Fultz tore his ACL last game, opening up a void at point guard for Orlando. Anthony figures to move into the starting lineup, especially when considering that Michael Carter-Williams is out for at least two more games with an ankle injury. In addition, Evan Fournier remains listed questionable after missing the last couple of games. All this means is that we can comfortably expect Anthony to play over 30 minutes. As a player who is scoring about a fantasy point per minute, he is too cheap for his situation.

Jayson Tatum vs. Wizards: $9,400/$9,200

29% DraftKings Boom/35.1% FanDuel Boom

The Celtics are dealing with COVID issues. The team is extremely shorthanded after Robert Williams tested positive. Due to tracing protocols, Grant Williams and Tristan Thompson are also sitting out of tonight’s game and facing a quarantine. This opens up playing time in Boston’s frontcourt and likely means Boston will have to play smaller lineups. As a results, I expect Tatum to pick up a couple extra minutes. After Tatum played 37 minutes last game, I think we could see him approach 40 minutes in a favorable matchup against the Wizards. Washington has third-worst defensive efficiency in the NBA and ranks second in pace.

John Wall vs. Magic: $8,500/$8,000

59.6% DraftKings Bust/56.6% FanDuel Bust

On recent slates, I am finding it tough to roster the more expensive players on the Rockets. The problem is that there are so many high-usage players on this roster. Between Wall, James Harden, Christian Wood and DeMarcus Cousins, it’s going to make it tough for players like Wall and Harden to live up to salary expectations. It is either going to take a price drop on Wall or Harden for me to target either of these guys. This or somebody resting or getting hurt for Houston.
