For the sake of this article, we will keep our focus on football and the 2021 NFL season. Here are three NFL fantasy picks you can make right now for this upcoming season.

PrizePicks NFL Fantasy: 2021 Season Props

It is important to note that, much like odds that update throughout the day, these props at PrizePicks are subject to change. So if you like these NFL picks below, it is wise to jump on them quickly.

Kyler Murray: Over 680.5 Yards Rushing

When discussing NFL props for the upcoming season, it is important to remember that the league added a 17th game to the schedule.

With this in mind, this rushing prop for Kyler Murray is way too low. Last season, Murray rushed for 819 yards, averaging about 51.2 rushing yards per game. At this pace, it would take just over 13 games for him to get 681 rushing yards, and, again, there are 17 games this season. This is a relatively safe rushing prop for a quarterback since so many of Murray’s yards are picked up on scrambles instead of called rushing plays. The scrambles will continue, as will his high rushing yard totals.

Damien Harris: Over 845.5 Yards Rushing

While New England Patriots running backs can bring headaches for NFL fantasy, Damien Harris is in line for a terrific season. Bill Belichick rarely goes out of his way to complement players, especially before a preseason game, but he has done that for Harris, talking about how he stayed in Foxboro to work the entire offseason. This goes a long way for someone like Belichick, who should give Harris most of the snaps and carries.

Harris totaled 691 rushing yards in 10 games last season. At this pace, he would total 1,174 yards in 17 games. However, Harris was barely used one game, and his workload should be more consistent this season. Running the ball less than 12 times will likely be rare this season, and this happened in four of his 10 games last season.

J.K. Dobbins: Over 1,050.5 Yards Rushing

Everything is pointing towards JK Dobbins having a big second year in the NFL. Given just 134 rushing attempts last season, Dobbins ran for 805 yards (6.0 YPC). However, he ran for 425 yards in the final five weeks last season, good for an average of 85 yards per week. It would take less than 12.5 games for Dobbins to hit over this rushing prop at this pace.

As for his situation, Dobbins has earned the starting role. Mark Ingram is out of town, which clears up the backfield a bit. Dobbins will also be running behind a healthier offensive line. All signs point to a big season and him eclipsing this rushing total.
